Service Delivery & Fulfilment

6

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

1. Purpose

This Service Delivery & Fulfilment Policy explains how Designhood delivers its digital services, how project timelines are established, what constitutes delivery, and how client dependencies or third-party services may affect completion.

Designhood provides digitally delivered services. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, no physical goods are shipped as part of our services.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to services including:

  • Website design and development

  • Wix Studio design and development

  • Website redesigns and migrations

  • UI/UX design

  • Ecommerce websites and digital stores

  • Web applications and digital platforms

  • Branding and visual identity

  • Graphic and digital design

  • SEO foundations and digital optimization

  • Automation and workflow implementation

  • Digital strategy and consulting

  • Website maintenance and support

  • Other related digital services agreed with the client

The exact services, deliverables, scope, timeline and commercial terms for a project are defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice or service agreement.

3. Project Commencement

A project generally begins after:

  1. The required payment or initial deposit has been received.

  2. The applicable proposal, agreement or scope has been accepted.

  3. Designhood has received the information, content, credentials, access and other materials reasonably required to begin the work.

Where a project requires client-provided materials or access, the delivery timeline may begin only after the required materials and access have been received.

4. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, number of pages or features, integrations, revisions, client responsiveness and third-party dependencies.

Where applicable, Designhood will provide an estimated delivery timeline in the proposal or project agreement.

Typical project timelines may range from several days to several weeks or longer depending on the project. The applicable proposal or service agreement takes precedence over these general estimates.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed deadlines unless a specific deadline is expressly agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends partly on client cooperation. Clients are responsible for providing, where applicable:

  • Website content, text, images and other assets

  • Brand materials and guidelines

  • Required account access and credentials

  • Product, service or business information

  • Feedback and approvals

  • Legal or regulatory information required for the project

  • Third-party account access

  • Other information reasonably necessary to complete the agreed scope

Delays in providing required materials, feedback, approvals or access may extend the project timeline.

6. Project Milestones and Approvals

Where a project is divided into milestones, Designhood may deliver work progressively for review and approval.

A milestone may include design concepts, page designs, functionality, content implementation, ecommerce configuration, integrations, testing or other agreed deliverables.

Client approval may be provided through email, project management tools, messaging platforms, written confirmation or other agreed communication channels.

Once a milestone has been approved, subsequent work may proceed based on that approval.

7. Digital Delivery Methods

Depending on the service, deliverables may be provided through:

  • A live website or web application

  • Wix or Wix Studio

  • Email

  • Cloud storage

  • Project management or collaboration platforms

  • Downloadable digital files

  • Design or development platforms

  • Other agreed digital delivery methods

No physical delivery is required for standard Designhood digital services.

8. Website Launch and Deployment

For website projects, delivery may include publishing or deploying the completed website to the agreed platform.

Where applicable, Designhood may assist with:

  • Domain connection

  • Website publishing

  • Basic launch configuration

  • CMS implementation

  • Ecommerce configuration

  • Forms and workflows

  • Third-party integrations

  • Basic launch testing

  • Handover of agreed assets or access

Website launch may depend on domain ownership, hosting or platform subscriptions, DNS configuration, third-party applications, payment providers and other external services.

9. Wix and Third-Party Services

Some Designhood services depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Wix, payment processors, domain registrars, email providers, APIs, plugins, applications and other software.

Designhood is not responsible for delays, outages, restrictions, approval processes, policy changes or technical failures caused by third-party providers.

Third-party subscription fees, licenses, applications, domains, hosting, payment processing and similar costs are generally the client's responsibility unless expressly included in the project agreement.

10. Revisions and Changes

Delivery timelines are based on the agreed project scope.

Requests that materially change the agreed scope, functionality, content requirements or deliverables may require additional fees and/or additional time.

Additional work will generally be confirmed before implementation.

11. Client Review Period

Where client approval is required, Designhood may specify a reasonable review period for each milestone or deliverable.

If the client does not provide feedback or required information within the agreed period, the project may be paused or the estimated delivery date may be adjusted.

Silence or inactivity does not automatically constitute approval unless the applicable project agreement expressly provides otherwise.

12. Completion and Acceptance

A project or deliverable will generally be considered complete when the agreed scope has been substantially delivered and the applicable final deliverables have been provided or published.

Minor issues that do not materially prevent the intended use of the deliverable may be addressed as part of the agreed post-delivery support or revision process.

Acceptance terms specified in a proposal, statement of work or service agreement will take precedence over this general policy where applicable.

13. Maintenance and Subscription Services

For ongoing maintenance, support or subscription-based services, fulfilment occurs through the services included within the applicable billing period or service term.

Requests may be handled according to the scope, response times, included hours, service limits and other conditions specified in the applicable agreement.

Unused support hours or service capacity do not automatically carry forward unless expressly agreed otherwise.

14. Delays and Project Pauses

Designhood may pause or reschedule work where:

  • Required client information or access has not been provided

  • Client approvals are pending

  • Payments are overdue

  • Third-party services are unavailable

  • The project scope is being reconsidered or substantially changed

  • Technical or legal dependencies prevent continued work

  • Other circumstances outside Designhood's reasonable control affect delivery

Where reasonably possible, Designhood will communicate material delays or changes to the expected timeline.

15. International Clients

Designhood provides digital services to clients in India and other countries.

For international projects, delivery is performed electronically and may involve international payment processors, software platforms, cloud services and other technology providers.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement, the client's location does not change the digital nature or delivery method of the service.

16. Handover

Where handover is included in the agreed scope, Designhood may provide the applicable website access, files, credentials, documentation, assets or other agreed deliverables after completion and subject to payment of all outstanding amounts.

Handover does not automatically include transfer of Designhood's proprietary tools, reusable components, internal processes, templates, source materials or third-party licensed assets unless expressly agreed.

17. Service Issues After Delivery

Clients should report material issues relating to delivered work as soon as reasonably possible.

Where an issue results from Designhood's implementation of the agreed scope, Designhood will assess and, where applicable, correct the issue within the scope of the applicable service agreement.

Issues caused by third-party services, changes made by the client or another party, unsupported modifications, expired subscriptions or changes outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

18. No Physical Shipment

Designhood's standard services are digitally delivered. No physical shipment, courier delivery or physical product fulfilment is associated with these services unless specifically stated in writing.

19. Relationship With Other Policies

This policy should be read together with Designhood's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice or service agreement.

Where a project-specific agreement contains different delivery terms, the project-specific terms will apply to that project.
